TSW is the best. I have been taking my cars to TSW for years and never once have had a bad experiance. Mr Tran even rewired my ancient 1963 Chevrolet pickup and was extreamly percise. He never ripped me off. I think if anything the experiance I gave him was bad! haha! I take my vehicles there all the time and they are always fixed right and for a great price. My father also takes all his vehicles to Mr. Tran and has had nothing but great experiances. I recommend TSW HIGHLY to anyone who needs honest work done and done right!!!

Be aware of questionable mechanic practices at TSW!. At first Mr. Tran, the owner, seemed to be a very honest mechanic. We would bring him cars that other mechanics would tell us need additional repairs and he would usually repair a minor thing and fix them. It is now that he knows he has our undivided trust after many repair, he doesn't seem to correctly "diagnose or repair" our vehicles anymore. My cousin took his vehicles for an inspection of breaks and engine light. After paying the bill the shop told us that the problem had been corrected and the breaks needed no repairs. A few days later the light came back on and the breaks were still not responding. We took it back they said they couldn?t do anything about the engine light because we had some not OEM electrical components in and the breaks were good. We took the vehicle to other mechanics who told us the breaks were worn out and needed to be replaced. We never got a refund for the check engine diagnose and ended up replacing the breaks somewhere else. A few days ago I took my vehicle for a possible oil pressure problem. After paying the bill Mr. Tran told me the problem had been taken care there was an oil pressure problem due to sludge but they flushed the engine, replaced the oil sending unit and now works fine. I test drove it and still had the same problem. I took the vehicle back, they stated it was working when they test drove it, oil pressure is the problem and will cost $700 to fix it. I asked if they could show me when doing the oil pressure test. The owner refused. I consulted other mechanics if it?s possible that an engine running with no oil pressure will make no noises or lose any power and if sludge could cause this. They stated that is never the case! I finally decided to do the test by my self. I found that the engine is not losing pressure and the only problem is a defective sending unit TSW said already replaced. I replaced it and problem solved! The shop owner refunded some money for parts and labor but sure wasted a lot of my time.

Trustworthy Reliable Auto Mechanic. TSW is a quality repair shop that I hTSW is a quality repair shop that I highly recommend to anyone who needs their car worked on. One time a shop (FS) told me that I needed a laundry list of things on my car worked on or it was going to break down. I took it to TSW and had them look at it. They said NONE of those things needed to be done. I asked him to let me pay him for looking at it and he wouldn?t have it. He said just bring it to me when it really needs something. Well 8 years later and TSW has kept my car running great. The work is always quality and the shop is honest. How many places can boast about that? ighly reccommend to anyone who needs their car worked on.
