Have been to Magic Wok over last 10+ years and they have best Chinese food in Utah. Complaints from others are wrong. Fast and friendly service. Need to REQUEST hard noodles if desired.

How many times can they forget the hard noodle for my chow mein? Last 3 times!!!

Horrible food. The food is very plain. We ordered the cashew chicken, beef mushroom and beef low mien all tasted like the same meal. Not worth the price paid. Canned mushrooms were used not what I was expecting

Worst Customer Service. The Management and staff are very difficult, they will make no substitutions and many times charge you differently then the menu states. the staff is unwilling to help resolve any issue that you may have they put it on you the customer

I visited the Magic Wok for the first time today during lunch hours looking for something new. I ordered their sweet and sour chicken lunch special. When I went to pay, the bill was much more expensive than advertised. I was explained that I was brought out the sweet and sour chicken "side order" and not the lunch special. They also charged me full price for an egg drop soup. I ordered the soup because it came with the lunch special.

The manager refused to change the bill and justified it because I failed to explain that I specifically wanted the lunch special. After trying to reason with her and the store owner I was told that it was my responsibility as a customer to clarify that I wanted the lunch special and not the side order even if I didn't know the side order was an option and I had the lunch menu in my hand while ordering. No attempt was made to retain me as a future customer. I don't plan on returning.

Our Family Favorite!. We have been going to this wonderful Chinese place for 20 years, since the first week it was open. We always see the same waitress throughout the years. The food is always fresh and delicious. My 17 year old grew up ridding the little horse in between the doors. The portion size is more then enough, we are big eaters and always have left overs. We always get the #5 with egg foo young (the best ever)....MMMMMMMMGOOD!

Bes Chinese food you could get in the STATE, Great services. I went there with my family for fun. We waited for the waitress by puting one hand up in the air and the next thing we knew, she was standing at our table waiting paitently so that we could order. We ordered our food and got our food in less than about three minuets. It was the most diliciouse food that I had ever eaten at any resteraunt in my whole life. In the middle of our meal, the cheif came out and it was my dad suprisingly. He was the one who made all that food! I was really impressed. I couldn't eat the next day because of how full I was. Everyday of my life, I ask my mom to take us up there to eat, but she is always to busy. I hope that I can eat there soon again. I can't wait!!!

The best cantonese I've ever had. We are creatures of habit, once a month like clock work we order The Family meal #2 for 3 (we are a family of 6) from Magic Wok for drive thru take out. The Sweet and Sour pork is divine, the ham fried rice is perfect, and the Shar shuis blissful! They offer plenty of food to feed our hungry family and the price is right on target. Best of all you can call in your order, they give you a time frame and 9 times out of 10 you are out of the drive thru and on your way home within 5 minutes!

Best ham fried rice I ever ate!!!. I absolutely LOVE the food at this place! The ham fried rice is the best I have ever had anywhere. I love the almond pressed chicken, the sweet and sour chicken or pork, and the egg rolls are also the BEST I have ever had anywhere. I get CRAVINGS for this food and they just don't die until I satisfy them!

Best Chinese ANYWHERE. I was so excited to see Magic Wok finally on citysearches rating system. This has been a family favorite for 15 years! I've moved all over the place and my husband and I have yet to find a sweet and sour chicken dish or cashew chicken that can even be called half as good. Every time we go to Salt Lake now we make a special trip to Magic Wok. Simply the best out there!
