I found a dress that I really liked at fantasy bridal, the lady that helped me was great and she wasn't overbearing at all. she was really good at listening to me and my preferences. The price range seemed decent. When I came in for my second fitting it didn't really fit me at all it was a couple sizes too big and I was really worried but they got it right by the third time.

I found the dress I was looking for at Fantasy Bridal, but it needed quite a few alterations. The sales consultant was incredibly helpful and consulted with the seamstress to make sure the alterations I wanted could be done. My dress came in, a rush order was placed, and the alterations were made. After my first fitting, I felt a little discouraged because the dress didn't look the way I thought it would. They listened to me, did some repining, and went back to work on the dress. When I picked it up last week, it was perfect!! I have a custom made gown, and it is beautiful! I am so pleased with the customer service and the overall experience I had with Fantasy Bridal. Their prices for alterations seemed very reasonable to me, as well. I would recommend Fantasy Bridal to everyone!

I loved my experience at Fantasy Bridal!! It was the only place I had to go! I went in not knowing anything about what I wanted in a dress. My wedding was also only a few short weeks away and I needed the dress to be modest, and they did it all!! They were so helpful!! I even got to do my fitting that day! And my dress was done early! Everyone there was so nice! I would recommend going here!

I really enjoyed Fantasy Bridal. I had been places all day and was getting a little flustered with all the options I had. The amazing girl who helped me find my dress was more than helpful in determining what I really wanted. She was determined to find me my dress even though we weren't planning on buying that day. She helped me find my perfect gown and I could not be more happy with my decision. The price was also I plus! I would definitely go back...and probably will for brides maids dresses! :)

If I could I would put a a negative 5 stars....

I went into Fantasy Bridal looking for a very specific dress. When I asked them about the dress, one of the ladies (I'm assuming some sort of a manager) said 'Oh, thats a really old style! We don't carry anything that old' There was my first tip off to leave. They didn't even entertain the idea of trying to find me something similar! I then decided to look elsewhere. But it didn't end there...a few weeks later they called me (because in order to have an appoinment with them you have to leave your phone number) asking if I had made a decision on a dress. I told them I was not interested in buying one from them and to take me off their list. I continued to recieve emails. I also continued to recieve phone calls and emails from some of their vendors for flowers, reception centers, etc. They GAVE OUT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!! I called to complain and they would not let me speak to a manager! I would not buy my dress from here or step foot in their door if you paid me!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Fantasy Bridal. Saray was my consultant when I went to find my wedding dress, and she was so so sweet and made the whole process fun and easy. She didn't pressure me or try to steer my opinion in any particular way; she just went off of my reaction to each dress and helped me guide myself to the dress that I ended up choosing. The prices are VERY reasonable and all of their dresses are absolutely gorgeous. I HIGHLY recommend Fantasy Bridal to anyone who is in the market for a wedding dress.

The third dress I tried on was the one i chose to wear at my wedding! It was a PERFECT dress! The consultant was nice and helpful and gave her honest opinion and it was just a wonderful experience! they have affordable dresses as well as affordable adjustments!

DO NOT BUY YOUR DRESS HERE!!!. DO NOT BUY YOUR DRESS HERE!!!! I went here becasue they do have a great selection of beautiful gowns. I found one I liked, and the sales people were so nice (at first). I wanted to sleep on it before making a decision, and because I lived about two hours away, I told my consultant I would call her and pay over the phone if I decided to buy the dress. I called the next day and paid with my credit card over the phone. Then my consultant sent me a really nice thank you card and a coupon book in the mail. I was still thinking they were nice and helpful .

My dress had to be altered and the owner gave me a base price for the alterations. She told me that as long as I didn't gain weight or wore different under garments during my fittings all the alterations would be covered under the base price I paid. When they added the sleeves to my dress, it pulled the entire bodice up (something I was not told would happen and was not my fault) and the middle section was so tight I couldn't breathe. The owner charged me nearly an additional $200 on top of what I had already paid! I also had a coupon that came in the book my consultant had mailed me, and she didn't remember that's what they had done. I had to convince her to honor the coupon, and she acted like I was lying to her, even though it was her staff that couldn't keep track of what was being mailed out to their own customers.

They never called me when the dress was ready, and were mad at ME for having it there so long. I just thought that the alterations were taking longer than expected. I went down for my second fitting, and there was a two inch snag in the train of the dress. The owner acted very annoyed when I pointed it out and told her I wanted it fixed, even though it was obviously their fault because I had never hung the dress or even taken it out of the store. There was another snag at my next fitting which also had to be replaced. By now, I'm at about five trips to this place, again a two hour drive from where I live.

FINALLY the dress was done. I went in to pick it up and the staff completely ignored me. When I finally told the owner I was there to pick up my dress, she wouldn't let me try it on but rather "inspect in on the hanger." They were giving away free veils that day to people who spent $500 or more on a gown. My gown was more than double that and so I asked her to honor that same promotion for me. THE OWNER then began yelling at me and my mom, telling us what an unpleasant experience it had been to work with me, and claiming that the extra charges and damages to my dress were MY fault, even though the dress had never left the store and only been in their care.

Buying your wedding dress should be a plesant experience, and one you look back on with fondness. This was a horrible experience, and I can tell you that the people running this store are rude, unprofessional, dis-honest, and difficult to work with. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR DRESS!!!!!!!!
