Boy am I glad that I came across this. My experience with Fantasy Bridal was good & bad. At fist my friends and I loved that store, their customer service was amazing, and the selection of dresses is wonderful. The sales lady that was helping us was great. My friend was getting married and so was the sales lady, so she could relate, and she made it fun. My girl friends Mom absolutely LOVED the Service we got, and started to tell all of our Moms, being there were a lot of weddings coming up. That’s where the praise stops. I went into fantasy bridal a few months back looking for a dress for me and I wanted the same sales lady that helped us before, but she no longer works there, so I asked for the other sales lady that was recommended, and she no longer works there. So I simply asked “where did everyone go”? Boy I got major attitude from the new sales lady, like I had insulted her personally by asking. When I made the Manager aware of this she was even worse, she was very rude and never once appologized and told us to take our business elsewhere. Terrible service, stay clear of that manager.

I got my dress there, and it was a nightmare. The manager is rude, likes to get in your face, and loves to try to make girls cry. She made me cry after she yelled at me for something THEY did, and after she saw I was upset she began to laugh at me. My mother was so mad that when she went in to pick up her dress, she told the Manager how she felt and the Manager yelled at her and said "This is my store and the customer does not come first in this store" Wow what customer service. Stay away from Fantasy Bridal and their employees (Stacey) I would never recommend this Bridal store Ever. pass it on!
