Damaged The Interior Of My Vehicle. I got my windshield replaced at TechnaGlass in Taylorsville off of Bangerter. They called me 2 days before the appointment that they needed to know what kind of windshield I needed.

I went to the actual store the day before and asked to talk to the manager or one of the techs who installs the windshields.

I was told by the receptionist when she went to talk to the manager that they already had the windshield ordered so I came in the next day for my appointment.

Of course I would've thought everything was okay but after I left TechnaGlass I kept having to adjust my rearview mirror.

It wasn't until I had a second opinion that the fact that the mirror was too high and it wasn't just me making a big deal out of it.

So, the next day I had my partner take my car back in to their shop. They said it would be a 5 minute job but it ended up being longer then that....(You're just moving the mirror, right?).

After the work was all done I noticed a burnt smell in my car. When I looked to check on the work there was a huge hole cut into my headliner. They didn't even bother to let us know what they did until we called them on it.

Also, the fact that this all started because there was no communication from the beginning that the windshield was not even the right one for my vehicle.

I don't recommend you go to TechnaGlass. Yes, there are a few people who made positive feedbacks but this experience has really made me not a fan on recommending their services to anyone else.

Made Me A Customer For Life. I was traveling down the street and up flew a huge rock that hit my windshield and instantly cracked it. I took my car over to Techna Glass on Bangerter and asked if they could fix it immediately. The Shop didn't have the glass and called the warehouse and they delivered it within minutes. Two guys put in the new windshield and they were fast and precise without any kind of a mess inside my car. When I went to the counter to pay the bill it was far less than I expected. They absolutely went the extra mile for me in getting my windshield right away and didn't charge me a high price for that kind of service.

It Was My Fault And They Made Good On It!. Techna Glass had replaced my windshield and I let my son take my Lexus LS on a date that same night. He took it through the Supersonic Car Wash and instantly caused a leak. I went back in to Techna Glass the next day and told the manager what my son had done. He reglued the windshield without charging me and he did it right away. With a great big smile he handed me my keys and once again told me to keep it out of the car wash for 2 days. This Company didn't nickel and dime me, they took care of me, even when it was my fault.

SCREWED ME ROYALLY. THEY DAMAGED MY CAR AND TRIED TO COVER IT UP, WHEN I CAUGHT THEM ON IT AND YELLED AT THEM THEY CALLED THE POLICE AND GOT EMPLOYEES TO LIE TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE I WAS A NUT CASE. I SPENT $1,000 IN A FINE BY SANDY CITY AND ANOTHER $1,500 IN ATTORNEY FEES TO DEAL WITH DISHONEST EMPLOYEES AT TECHNA GLASS. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE INSTEAD OF LETTING THESE GUYS SCREW YOU TOO!
