Great place. I have taken my little cocker here for as long as I can remember. They take good care of him and give him whatever cut I tell them too, longer in the winter and shorter in the summer. they always do a great job and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

dog loves it!. My dog hates to take a bath but loves to come here. They tell me he is good for them and I just cant explain it. Basically my dog insists on going here! IT is very easy and convenient for me so I cant complain.

very cute!. With a new dog there are many responsibilities and I found that I can have someone else take care of some of them. They do a great job here and it is so very convenient for many.

I love this place!. I have been absolutely thrilled with the work done here. I have a Westie mix with funny, multi-length, wirey hair. I have taken here to a few places but she looks the best after her visits to Glamour Paws. I can take both of my dogs, as a walk-in, for just their glands and nail trims and I'm out of there in 15 minutes. Not to mention, 2 dogs, nails AND glands, only costs me $20!! The price is right, the place is convenient and the services are fantastic!

Great looking dog!. I brought my cocker in for a show cut because I thought they looked great on TV. My dog looked great after we picked him up. I have never seen him look better. He seemed very happy to have been there and I think he is looking forward to his next visit.

Appointment? Blood? No biggie!. I had found this grooming business through reviews like you are looking now. I gave it a go and my first two visits, not bad other than a cut on my shih tzu's nose both times. I had always made an appointment. This last time I made an appointment for 10 am on a Sat. We killed some time until noon, surprised we hadn't recieved a call to come pick him up. The previous times it had only taken 1.5 hours. My husband calls and they tell him about 2:30. I'm astonished! A smoothie on a small dog will take 4 and a half hours?! So I come in at two thirty and he STILL isn't ready. We wait an extra 25 minutes. When I asked why it took all day, we were given different excuses. One man said that's how long they take. The groomer Deseree (whom we always had) says its first come first serve type deal. I ask what the purpose of an appointment is and she shrugs and says she "can't be rushed on a saturday. Other people have standing appointments." A standing appoinment? Wasn't that what I made? I'm furious and by the time my dog is finally ready his nose is bright red (again) and then the end of his tail is snipped off. He is bleeding all over my husband. She puts the blame on the dog saying "he's been chewing his tail. He must have had a scab". I know this to be a lie because I have yet to see my dog even catch his tail, let alone sit and chew on it. Not only has my dog been sitting alone away from his family for almost 5 hours but now he is hurt in two different spots. I will NEVER bring my dog back to Glamour Paws. I will find a business that knows what an "appointment" is and how to keep it. Also one that doesn't seriously injur my dog ( let alone not so much as take responsibility for it). Beware future customer...they will not treat you fairly and then will pile on excuses and try to scare you by saying things like "I don't want you to take him somewhere else and have another groomer not realize how goofy he is and treat him wrong". Really? How much worse could it get?
