Rude Staff. I have switched doctor's because of the awful nurses and staff of Olympus Clinic. There hasn't been one time I have gone there without having a negative experience. Especially with the snotty girls at the front desks. I am more afraid of the nurses than the needles they jab into me! Take your family somewhere else, for the children's sake!

Lousy admin staff. Building needs serious rennovation. When I first walked into this place, I feel like I stepped into the 70's. The chairs were uncomfortable, magazines shredded, and the administrative staff were so pre-occupied by adolescent gossip, that they had little interest in my business and possessed zero hospitatilty. Furthermore any attempts to reach your Dr. are met with responses to "call back" later. Finally, you will discover that an "appointment" is needed for every pre-scription refill. This policy and the staff makes it difficult to ever want to come back there again.
