We used this agency twice for traveling to Kazakhstan to adopt. They lost my daughters passport. We had to pay to replace it. Two years later they found the passport in some old paperwork and promised to send it back to us. I talked to Connie on the phone, I said that it was not important to “overnight” it but I did want it returned. Two months later I had not received it so I called to check up on it. I was in no way angry or upset....just checking to see if it was lost in the mail. Stephanie, who answered the phone said that she'd need a credit number in order to send it UPS. I said that I didn't think that was fair considering that it should have been returned to me in the envelop with our other passports and Visa two years ago. Connie, who was apparently listening in on the conversation, chimed in, VERY RUDELY, with "well I don't have a padded envelop and I don't have time to go get one. I’ll just drop it in the mail...she hung up on me. Now is this any way to treat customers?
