Affordable Hearing Networks Has NO affliation with Harris. I have read thru these reviews and have to tell you that the company that was Harris Hearing went Bankrupt. The employee's of that company got together to start a new company called Affordable Hearing Networks. Every review here is toward Harris Hearing and Sport Ear. We as employees of that old company lost over a month of pay because of how it was done. I just wanted to set the record straight so everyone knew that Affordable is actually a very good company and we have excellent service and product. We actuall have worked out an agreement to allow us to still service old Harris patients. Just thought everyone should know.

Scam Artists. I'm not sure that get anything right, except for taking my money. Folks, I'm not trying to be mean, but it is in your best interest NOT to do do business with this company. I'm sorry I did. Everything is fine at first, but they are so disorganized. First you are told that you'll get a call from this person or that person who will take care of things. Then when that doesn't happen, they apologize and tell you that the person who was supposed to call isn't available. Then some heavy handed manager will get on the phone. If I've heard it once I've heard it a dozen times, "We're sorry for your problems, but due to our phenomenal growth we are experiencing some growing pains." I believe at this point that these people are not only being untruthful, but are also inept. Do business with them at your own peril. Along with the name Harris, they also do business under the name SPORTEAR. Their performance claims for their products are absolutely false.

Bad Business, Bad Customer Service. Bad service, dishonest, unkind, just try to get you past the 30 days so they can keep your money even if you don't like your aids

Not recommended. My name is John Weir. I am 69.I live in Australia. In February this year I had a business trip to Tucson Arizona and purchased hearing aid Audifon serial # 0731817. It was not available at the time of my visit, and it was sent to me to Australia by Erin (Tel: 1-801-802-2228). Tel# of the consultant in Tucson is 1-520-829-5442.

When I received hearing aid, it was not working at all. I paid $1800. I contacted Erin by e-mail many times.

He never answered me. For some reason I can't contact Tucson consultant.

I phoned and e-mailed Yolanda Lopez Customer Service Manager in Orem UT

Tel : 801 802 2228 ext 110. She said to send the hearing aid back, and they will return money.

I sent back. Now I do not have money and no hearing aid. Service is not available in Australia. Ms Lopez

said that I should have sent within 30 days, but in my contract, in additional options 6 months exchange, life time service. And we discussed this with the consultant in Tucson. What kind of service can I get from the clinic if they treat me like this? They know that they sent me faulty product, i can't get service in Australia.

Please help me to receive my money back. I also paid $50 postage.

Best regards

John Weir
