I recently ate at Gepettos after being a customer there for over 15 years. I recently have had the worst service, dishonest servers and terrible food. I always told everyone, "wanna try great pizza? Try Gepettos!" I will never tell someone that ever again. I would not recommend Gepettos to anyone!

DISGUSTING BRUNCH/HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!. I was here on 11/6 for brunch. A friend and I had wanted to try something new so we stopped here because it looked so cute. It was a horrible experience from beginning to end. The waiter was the only one there and though he only had a few tables, we saw almost nothing of him. Any time he had to come to the table, he was very short with us and in a hurry. Never came back to see how our food was, never refilled my coffee, nothing. Neither of us left him a tip which is very rare, but he didn't deserve anything and after the disgusting food we ate, we felt as though our money had been wasted. The food was horrible!! We both ordered the frittata, BIG MISTAKE!!! Overcooked, nothing tasted fresh, it was disgusting. The "home fries" tasted exactly like the frozen ones you buy at the grocery store, and the "biscuit" looked like a huge piece of white cornbread with no flavor!! We will never be back here.

What??. Sorry, I couldn't hear you over the music. Yes, they have live entertainment, I'm good with that. But why the hell is it so loud? We were shouting to each other over dinner. That place is small inside and the music is ALWAYS way too loud for dinner conversation over a nice meal. Yes, I will go back because I enjoy the food, but I will continue to have a problem with the loud music.

Love this Place!. My girlfriend and I found this place listening to rock 103.5 KBER and I am glad that we did. After going their a few times and loving it I decided to ask my girlfriend Katy if she would marry me there. This place is a romantic place and thank you for the cozy atmosphere.

No service here..... A few friends of my wife and myself decided to walk over to Gepetto's as we live in the neighborhood.

We were greeted right away and then given a table and some menus. We then watched as a couple that entered about 5 minutes after us got drinks and their order placed while we were waiting. Bear in mind, our waitress didn't offer us drinks, or even water. In fact, she didn't even come over to our table, or acknowledge our presence. She spent time helping some other people who were leaving clean up. She checked on 2 other tables. She didn't apologize for being busy, she didn't even stop by at all. After 20 minutes of waiting, we just got up and left, and I don't think they even noticed.

This makes me sad, because the food isn't bad. I will not be back.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!. I walked in on a Sunday at 8:30 pm. The lady at the front said what would I like to go. I said," I would like a table." She proceded to warn me that they close in half hour. I asked, "Should I not eat here?" She shrugged her shoulders and said, " I don't know." Needless to say I walked right back out. If they don't want customers than that's what they'll get.

She also added in that she doesn't come into my work late at night and want me to stay open. I used to work at Nordstrom where I'd keep the restaurant open 10min. after we closed because people who come in there weren't just paying customers, but they were people. And we made a lot of friends that way.

best first date spot. Went to Gepetto's back when I was a kid, and remember it being lots of fun. The place looks just like I remember it. We had a blast! The waitress cracked us up and really broke the ice, making our night go really well. They were very accomodating when we couldn't decide on a pizza to share by offering to make a half and half. My side was customized with sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, red onions and mushrooms on a creamy garlic sauce, and my date's side was the "Monstro", an all meat combination. We were both in heaven! We will definitely be back.

Yummiest salad ever!. Called in a take out order today for a half chef salad and garlic bread with cheese for lunch. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this is the first time I was offered avocado and bacon on my salad...didn't even know they offered it. I was a bit sticker shocked by the price when I picked it up, but the server promised I wouldn't be disappointed. Got it home, and layed my eyes on an enormous, beautiful salad with lots of avocado and real bacon crumbles. It was fantastic! I actually called them back and thanked them for it! Worth every penny, and you just can't beat their house dressing.
