Good food, sometimes make mistakes on togo orders. Overall I really love the food at italain village, but sometime they mess up on my to go orders and it makes me mad when I get back to work and have no sauce on my pasta. And then when you tell them about it next time there is no apology. Oh well, now I know to check my food before I leave. Even though they have made mistakes on my to go orders I love their pizza benders and garlic bread so much it doesn't matter. The new remodeling is nice too, its no longer from the 70s.…

Stopped going and wont go back. I USED to love this place and would go more than once a week. Did they change owners in the last few years? I cant tell you how many bad experiences I have had lately, here is one: Last trip: 5 people. All brought waters, no ice. 2 of our orders were wrong. Horrible service by a gross looking unkept girl with piercings. None of us were offered a refill. We were there 1 1/2 and it used to take 45 mins. One server for the whole place at lunch time. Mentioned the poor service to the person who took our money and was brushed off. AWESOME!…
