A sophisticated boutique with an uptown look and feel.. The Scene
Women's clothing and shoes fill the main floor, sandwiched between the Salon at Richelle's on the upper level and Dustin's Menswear on the lower floor. The women's department is somewhat reminiscent of Neiman Marcus, with lots of cruise wear, suits and floral pieces among tidy racks and clean-lined display shelves. The men's department is similar to Sak's Fifth Avenue. You would think the clientele would be only upscale types, but friendly service makes everyone feel welcome.

The Goods
Besides its clothes, Richelle's shoe selection is one of the finest in the city, with very reasonable prices. The store's greatest feature is its variety of hard-to-find, brilliantly colored Ermeneguildo Zegna neckties. Every man deserves at least one. Richelle's is especially unique because it offers department-store variety with service and styles usually found only in boutiques.
