Best customer service ever!. Pam made shopping for my daughter's wedding dress an absolute joy! She made her feel just like a princess and treated us professionally. We brought quite an entourage with us and everyone was welcomed as honored guests. Donna is an alteration queen whose quest for perfection is simply unparalleled. The dressing rooms are large and comfortable and allow for lots of movement--an essential element when trying on lots of gowns. We shopped at another store first and were not impressed with the "cattle call" mentality. The prices are great--no upselling or high pressure tactics--we were asked our budget and were shown multiple selections in our price range. If you want first rate, personalized attention, don't go anywhere else.!

Best store ever!. This was my first time shoping for the dress. I've done some research, read some reviews and made some appointments. I wasn't really sure what to expect. Janet was amaizing. Her dress selection was way better then two previous shops I've visited. She was very helpful, knowledgeble, mother like caring, and if she thought that something didn't look good, she said it. I appreciated that a lot. My friend and I had a best experience, and i still can't belive i found the perfect dress my first day searching. I live 4 hours away from Salt Lake and wasn't happy that I would have to leave my dress and have to come back and pick it up, Imagine my surprise and luck when Janet said she is a seamstress, and she made a whole dress for her daughter's wedding. She agreed to take my dress home that night, work on it and I was able to pick it up next day. I would highly recomend this store, as dress shoping should be enjoyable, and not something to ruin your big day!

Can't Say Enough.... Danielle's was recommended to me by a friend who had purchased her gown there. It is the only store I spent more than 5 minutes in. Pam treated me like a queen despite my desire for a VERY affordable dress! Not only that, but she actually paid attention to what I liked and even identified my style before I had even figured it out simply by observing the types of materials and gowns I gravitated towards. She never tried to force her opinion on me though she was tactfully honest if she thought a dress, even a more expensive one, wasn't as flattering as another, while at other stores you come out greeted by "oh my goodness you look gorgeous" in a way that makes you doubt their sincerity. The dressing rooms were large and had mirrors so I could reject a dress without having to go out in front of everyone in it!

At the end of my first visit she advised me to try on lots of other dresses before deciding, rather than trying to coerce me into choosing the dress I was clearly partial to that was a bit out of my initial price range. On my second visit I tried on 10 more dresses without being rushed and nothing compared to the gown from the week before. It was my decision, not the salesperson's, and she didn't try to force shoes or a veil or corset or anything on me once I had made my decision.

My point is, your wedding day is special, and choosing the dress is just the beginning of your relationship with the store you purchase your dress from. I chose to purchase my dress from this store because I know they will treat me right throughout my alterations and cleanings right up to my wedding day. If I am going to give my business and my faith to a store, this is the kind of store I want to give it to.

A Gem of a Bridal Shop. I found Danielle's after googling 'bridal stores' in Salt Lake, then proceeded to visit just about every one of them. Danielle's was by far the best all of these places, with personalized, friendly service from two sales ladies, Janet and Pam, who give you as little or as much attention (and advice!) as you'd like. I agree with the previous poster who stated that their dresses look couture without the exorbitant prices - and there's a great selection despite the small outward appearance of the store. This places is hands down superior to everywhere else I looked.

Georgeous dresses, extraordinary service!. After going to a few other bridal shops with mediocre results, I finally went to Danielle's. Several of my girlfriends recommended the place and had gotten their dresses there. After my day there I could absolutely see why everyone was recommending it. The dresses all looked super high end, while the prices were very affordable. I had a hard time choosing a dress because there were so many great options. Pam was so helpful and nice, offering great advice and objective comments to suit my body type and tastes. I will highly recommend this place to anyone I consider a friend. This is one of the best kept secrets in town!
