I invite you to give Park n Jet a try the next time you fly and see if you agree with our loyal customers who park with us because of our extraordinary personal service, 24 hour security, outstanding detail shop, and competitive prices. Best of all, we will shuttle you from your car to airport check-in faster than any other airport parking lot!

Parkers Beware !!! This is the most dishonest company I have ever done business with.

Example: They quote you their lowest price, say for a 20 day stay, quoted at $ 140.00. When you arrive they’re all full of smiles. When you leave your actual bill at its lowest is $ 165.00 and can range all the way up to $ 235.00 and that’s not for covered. When you try and talk with them about it, they instantly get an attitude and say pay it or they’ll call the police. Their hidden charges are totally dishonest. Do yourself and your friends a favor and let everyone know, “DON’T PARK AT PARK N JET “

Diamond doesn’t have people but at least you know what you’re paying for up front – No Dishonesty !

I Got Scammed by Park N Jet. I purchased a parking voucher for Park N Jet from Google Offers last month. When I attempted to redeem the voucher, they refused to honor it. They claimed that they could not accept the code on my smart phone, and that I must print out a copy of the voucher.

I informed them that all Google Offers can be redeemed with a smart phone, and that the redemption code was at the bottom of the bar code on my phone.

They wouldn't listen to me. I told the parking lot attendant I was going to use every means necessary to get my money back, and tell my story. She looked at me with a look of apathy, and shrugged her shoulders.

BEST SERVICE. When I arrived home from my trip (at midnight) I found my car DEAD. My son had left a light on. After a failed attempted at jumping it the employee got a battery charger for me and hooked it up. It took almost an hour to charge enough to get my car to start. The 2 rotating driver checked in on me during each run and one got my son a blanket from the office and something to drink. I have been using them for years and always have had EXCEPTIONAL service, but this was above and beyond.

No truth to Advertising. Park n Jet advertises "we accept competitor coupons" on their website and in their vans. Went to take my car out and presented a coupon from Diamond Parking. They REFUSED to take it and would not give me a explaination !! Girl at window gave me a crusty look instead. Not much honesty to this company. Got ripped off !!!!

$6 per day coupon rip-off. I parked at park n jet and upon leaving [after having my car there an extra 3.5 hours] the lady at the window declared that i was due to pay a full day since it had been over 3 additional hours. What a complete rip-off. I can't wait to see these robber-barons go belly up once the trax line is in place to the airport.

mixed review. I have used park n jet about a dozen times with some good and some poor service. My last episode was with a group of 21 I was in charge of. I gave a tip of 20 dollars to the driver for my group. The driver only required 20-minutes to care for us and my group handled all of our own luggage. I certainly thought a 20-dollar tip for 20-minutes of work was sufficient but at the gate I was told for a group of 21 my tip was far too low. I explained that it was a tip for service given and we handled all our own luggage. The lady at the gate again told me I should give another 20 for a group of that size. If I was the driver with a group of 21, work for 20-minutes, handle zero luggage, a 20-dollar tip would be great.

Isnt a tip a personal decision on what to give? apparantley not at park n jet. I will go to Diamond parking from now on.

Latest Park N Jet Experience. We have used Park ?N Jet fairly often as we fly in and out of Salt Lake and have usually had a good experience, until this last stay. On November 1 as I drove up to pick up my ticket at the check-in, the attendant was speaking on her cell phone. I don?t know if it was a personal call or a call related to Park ?N Jet, but she didn?t look over or acknowledge that I was waiting there for about 5 minutes. Finally in a very curt way she gave me my ticket and assigned row, telling me that a bus was on its way shortly. I parked and stood by my car waiting to be picked up for well over 15 minutes. We have never had this kind of service or had to wait that long for a pick-up before.

Just thought you?d be interested in our latest experience. The reason we have used Park ?N jet in the past was because of the prompt and efficient service. If this is no longer going to be the case, we?ll look elsewhere for our airport parking needs.

Park'N Jet is located off the airport premises, but you needn't worry about getting to your flight late. Arrive at Park'N Jet 10 minutes before you want to be at the airport and you're in like flint. Perhaps the greatest benefit to Park'N Jet comes in the form of peace of mind. Park'N Jet is a fenced-in and lighted facility, with employees onsite 24 hours a day; so your vehicle is safer than if you leave it at the airport itself. And if you have problems upon your return, the crew is there to help you out of the jam.
