I got a coupon out of the Sunday paper and knew the specials were some kind of bait and switch, but they werent. They really gave me a car sized unit for $64 a month.But I've used storage before and this is not "storage". These guys gave me a carwash and told me its free anytime. Also bottled water anytime 24/7. I park my car and they actually have a real shuttle bus pick me up at my unit and take me to the airport for free. Wow Wow Wow.

• Cons: it's not free

Warning - This Place is Bad!!!!

Don't go here! There is no secure storage here - you will get your unit broken into. It is poorly managed, and their claim of 24 hour monitoring is a false sense of security - no one there cares, you're on your own.

After our unit was burglarized, no one even bothered to call and notify us about it. We took what little we had left and got out of there! By then it was too late to even check the pawn shops or the Redwood drive-in flea market to try to recover any of our stuff. I think the manager must be working with the thieves here.

We reported the burglary to the Salt Lake Police Dept. They were aware of previous break-ins here. They were disgusted with the employees lack of knowledge about anything going on here, and of course, the manager was unavailable. This is no way to run a business. Avoid this place like the plague!!
