Great for all. Troy Jardine is an outstanding instructor who helps encourage all to become work hard and acheive excellence. The class is open to everyone and will push you as hard or as careful as you want. The facility is a little small, but the space is well managed. Put yourself to the challenge and see if you're ready for the Tae Kwon Do experience.
