Poor customer service. Bad customer service by manager, Jeremy. Lying to customers straight on. His family's member came in, he told my friend and I to leave the snooker table at 2 because someone reserved the table, we played since 11 when they opened. But as I asked another customers, and employee, our cashier, that they don't know of ever taking reservations, pool hall are first come first serve basis which doesn't make sense that they would ever take reservations. Unbelievably outrageous, lying to several customers when I with 3 friends and 5 other customers witnessed the event, refusal of service without legitimate reasons. I played pool everyday, but might not come ever again and will pass the words to friends.

Live music heats up the private club most weekends while bowlers try Extreme Bowling, featuring disco lights and a DJ. Twenty billiards tables make the facility more than just your basic bowling alley. The food served at two snack bars is basic bowling-alley grub. In addition to its beer lounge, Ritz's private club serves hard alcohol and mixed drinks--an anomaly in Utah bowling alleys.
