Wonderful "Curbside Manner". I have been familiar with the Auto Butler program for about 15 years now. Through out the years I have locked my keys in my car, three times in one day mind you, and ran out of gas. Recently, however, my car wouldn't start. I was on my way home after a stop at the grocery store, and it was raining. I called Dealership towing and they were there within half an hour. Turns out I only needed a jump start. I left my lights on again! Kelly was so curtious and kind. He didn't even mind that it was pouring rain. Thanks again Dealership Towing for getting me home safe!

DONT NOT USE THEM!!!. They are rude, slow and all there equipment is out dated.I called they to tow my car and it took them three hours to show up when they told me it would be only 30 minutes.They also charged me more they they told me they would and damaged my car in the process.Talking to them they to me there was no way to prove they did it and hung up on.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Probably the best response to this is no response but I can't seem to stay quite. As any intelligent person could see this is a disgruntled employee that is trying to get even for being laid off. The only bad review should be for this guy's grammar teacher who definitely failed.

Five Star Service. I called Dealership Towing/Auto Butler after locking keys in the car. They were prompt, courteous and professional and I am very impressed by the level of service. Highly recommended! Thank you so much :)

Fantastic!!!!!!! "Run, Don't Walk" to use this service!!!.
"Run, Don't Walk" to use the services of Dealership Towing. I had locked my keys in my car and within 5 minutes my keys were in my hand.
Commit their number to memory! I have never received such fast, professional service. This is now MY Towing company.

Customer for Life!!!.
Just a short note about this company Dealership Towing, I could not ask for better customer service. I called they came in less than 15 minutes Jon unlocked my key's in seconds would not even accept a tip and the whole thing was FREE because I am a back u up member from Ken Garff! I am a customer for life.
5 BIG STARS!! This place is like no other tow company I have ever dealt with!! Great Job!

GREAT service. Locked my keys in the truck while it was running, snowing like crazy. Called Chris and Chuck at Dealership Towing and they were to me within 25 min. Open the door without scratching or hurting my ride...They ROCK

Very Fast and Professional. Hi I recently was on my way to a interview for a new job that i was trying when I encountered a flat tire. I was in my shirt and tie and didnt have the time to change the tire myself and go back home and change into some clean clothes again. I also forgot to mention that it was snowing and it was a very messy commute. I then on my cell phone searched for a tow service and this happened to be the one I called. The dispatch person said they would be right out but come on now how many times do you hear that. But quite honestly he showed up and had me back on the road in a matter of about 20 minutes. To my suprise I still made my interview on time. Thanks again

My personal experience with a towing service. Recently I was on the on ramp of a freeway when my car died. Not knowing who to call, I called the service dept. of the dealership where I get my car fixed and they recommended Dealership Towing. I immediately called them, OMG I was so surprised how nice and professional they were on the phone. They came right out - the guy was clean and courteous and just a sweetheart! I would highly recommend this company to ANYONE who has car trouble of any kind. Best phone call I ever made!!!

Extremely nice!.
I don't give reviews to often but this company deserves one! February 4th my wife and two kids were driving on I-15 in our Honda CRV and had a rear tire blow out, I called the dealer and they recommended Dealership Towing. The truck got there less than 15 minutes and found out that there was not a spare! He promptly loaded the car and my family and got them off the freeway to a safe side street. He told her it would be unsafe to carry all three of them plus the driver because of not enough seatbelts. I was in a meeting and told them it would be a bit before I could make it to them for a ride.
They waited over 45 minutes for me to arrive and the whole time the driver was so nice to my wife and kids he even gave the kids a couple key chains from their company.
I expected an extra charge at the dealer for all the time waiting but there was not, I offered a tip and the driver refused it and said it was his job to make customers happy.
This company went out of their way to help us in our time of need and I would highly recommend them in the future.
