Honest, great customer service, we love Chick and Al!. We have been going to Chick's shop for about two years and have been very pleased with the service we have recieved. They have great customer service, everyone is very friendly, helpful and they give you options. We have never felt pressure or dire need to do some huge repair to my car even when it needed a new turbo. It is nice to have a mechanic that is honest. I have taken my car to a different Saab mechanic and it ran worse after the repairs, you have to wonder when that happens. I feel very confident in their skills as mechanics and I would highly recommend Chick's to anyone.
