Dennis was very helpful and offered me a couple of options for my repair, I realized they were a family working there which was nice to see and glad they were not part of a chain store. Great service and very friendly to me and my kids
To Paul W., in case you didn't realize it, they have an african american person working at thier shop, so no they don't judge people based on race. And I have been going there for years, I have bought cars from Dennis before and he is the most honest reliable mechanic/car salesman I have ever met. Whenever I am looking for a new car I have always called them to see what they have for sale or to look at a car I'm thinking of buying. They are the best of the best!
Excellent customer service. I have been coming here for years and I wouldn't trust my car anywhere else. All the techs are very friendly and curteous. I love how Dennis will always take the time to chat with me for a few minutes any time I am in. They get my car fixed on time and below thier estimate every time. They have always taken excellent care of me and my whole family. You rock Mastertech!
ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST. I purchased a vehicle from Dennis. The vehicle had an issue which I was willing to pay to have fixed above and beyond the negotiated price. Dennis suggested that he could fix this problem and would. Charged me $800 for the "parts" as he would eat the labor. The problem was a "death rattle" in an SUV, meaning at approx 55 mph the truck would shake uncontrollably. Seeing this as an obvious danger, I saw no problem in paying to have it fixed. Once I got the truck back, it was not only still shaking, BUT WORSE. I called Dennis for about two weeks with no return call. Once he was contacted by my lawyer he was advised to take it to another mechanic who specializes in the brand of vehicle I purchased. What Dennis didn't know is that I had been in contact with the other mechanic the entire time. He figured because I was black and new to town that he could get over and asked the mechanic to LIE and say he's done repairs he'd NOT done in order to circumvent the process. Long story short, due to my wife's political affiliations we have access to certain resources that most do not but do NOT wear these things on our sleeve per se and Dennis tried to take advantage of us simply because he thought he could get away with it. Dennis is a liar and a con who has no problem taking advantage of people he deems less informed or incapable of doing anything about injustice. If you're looking for honesty and integrity, THIS IS NOT the establishment for you. If you want the runaround, lies, and price gouging, by all means stop on in.............
Only Place to Go. MasterTech is the best all around. They have great customer service, and are prompt with repairs! My starter died over the weekend and they fixed my car before 1:00 on Monday after they reopened for the week. I wouldn't trust my little car to anyone else. The guys here are friendly and willing to talk about the problems a car may have and give honest answers. They don't overcharge or try to confuse you. Their excellent work and prompt/friendly service keeps me going back! I'd recommend them to anyone for repairs and regular service needs.
AAA + SERVICE AND SMILES. AAA referred me to MasterTech and they were fun to talk to and friendly and didn't think I knew nothing about my car because I was a girl. It is nice to be treated seriously and their way of talking to you until they understand your problem is a great change in attitudes I have had from other shops. They fixed my car quickly , gave it a check over and told me what was needed on the next service that was due. They even told me a reminder card had already been filled out and ready to mail to me when the next service is due, I really liked being able to review a business while I am at the business and having a laptop on the front counter to post whatever I want about them was really cool. I am going to tell all my friends about them. AAA was real helpful in sending me to a shop that would take care of ME.
Serious about good service.
I just picked up my car this morning and another girl was using a computer on the front counter. They had placed a computer there so customers could log in and write a review and they really wanted to know what they did right or what they did wrong so different then a postcard at a business that would get thrown away after you gave a suggestion.
Any way I was impressed by the helpful service and attention to making sure I was taken care of. This will be our families new shop now that my car is off of warranty , the dealer was so impersonal it was nice to have someone actually listen to you and really try to understand what i was worried about. They treated me like a real friend instead of someone that would not know anything. Great family that cares glad I was referred by my coworker.
They just need a bigger waiting area for kids but they did have crayons and coloring books for them to take home
Female Friendly family business.
It was nice to find a mechanic shop that does not talk down to women. I have run into so many shops that treat you like your an idiot. They are helpful and willing to take whatever time they needed to help me understand what was happening even taking me in the shop to see the damage.
I was sent there by AAA and have never felt better about someone fixing my car , they are for sure my repair center forever. GIRLS THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY AND NOT BE TREATED LIKE AN IDIOT
GREAT GREAT GREAT. The guys at shop were doing double duty since their sister was injured so they helped me at the front counter and asked questions I could understand in order to get all of the info they needed , they were courteous and their dad gave me a ride to work. They called when it was checked over and explained it in terms i could understand and gave me different options. What a great family operation
EXPENSIVE!!. If you want to be charged for service such as dealership charges or more,go there!I dont know whats their problem,because Jerry Lambert is same.Avoid unless you have 5000 to spent for small repair!Customer Service is OK.
