SCARIEST THING THIS HALLOWEEN....
When your car breaks down, you should be able to take it to the mechanic and not question their integrity.
When I got my car fixed at Jerry Lambert, the problem was never fixed, and in fact more problems resulted. I took my car in for a minor problem in the front end of the car and left with another problem.
Luckily I was able to fix it myself and it was perfect for a month and a half. After this I took my car in for a different problem and left with the same problem I did the first time. (i was told that it was purely coincidence that the SAME EXACT problem occurred BOTH times after leaving). I think they are a money hungry business and over charge for minor issues in automobiles.
When I complained to them they told me I would receive a free service. After getting this service done I was told that I would actually have to pay because the issue with the car was not caused by them....
I appreciate Jerry Lambert showing me exactly what I do not want in a mechanic. I am on the hunt for an honest and competent mechanic that will not overcharge and will get the problem fixed. Thank you for reading.…
EXPENSIVE and Arogant.. I tought Im in delarship by lstening prices and Like their mechaniscs are with NASCAR.I dont think so.Expensive to skyhigh line!
excellent service & trust worthy mechanics.
Jerry, Nancy & crew give excellent service and pull no punches in quoting repairs. They will tell you what is wrong, quote the price with tax, and let you make the decision. I have never felt
pressured during the 12 years that I have been a customer.
Not being the type of individual who buys new cars a good mechanic that is honest is hard to come by. I believe the Lambert's are as honest as they come in the business and stand behind the work that they do. I would highly recommend Lambert Automotive for all of your Automotive repair needs.…
The only place for Great Service. Back in the Middle of March our motorhome blew the engine outside Idaho Falls, our tow service was excellent and we were towed to Jerry Lambert Automotive. Highly recommended to us for good service. We were greeted on a Sat.morning yet as we arrived late Friday evening. Jerry and his wife Nancy were great to us, while having our engine repaired, we could park our motorhome in their lot and live in it or we'd have had a huge hotel bill and meals. The service there was nothing but the top! Jerry handled the insurance procedure very well for us and gave them an honest answer as to what needed to be done to the engine. He did not want them to take any short cuts and everything was handled very professionally by all involved. His staff are very compitent as well as Jerry and Nancy, always a friendly smile and they made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this company to anyone, travelers, folks who live in Salt Lake and needing a good reliable dependable operation to take care of any type of vehicle that you own. This garage is nothing but the best, we would trust them and their opinions with high regard, from a flat tire to a full engine replacement. JERRY LAMBERT AUTOMOTIVE IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR GREAT SERVICE.…
CLEAN BUT I LEFT FEELING DIRTY. unfortunately I can't say much good about my experience with Lambert Automotive. They couldn't fix the issues that I had with my vehicle and created more problems for me than I can express. My car left their shop leaking a large amount of oil and I paid for the "repair" only to have the exact job redone by another mechanic properly in order to solve the problem. I was charged $1240 and I am gettting the same repair for $480 at a local shop and with a mechanic that I trust and will now be giving my business. I thought the staff was arrogant and my wife felt very disrespected when she interacted with the staff, Including Jerry Himself. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. There are plenty of Great Mechanics to use local here and this crew is as much as the dealership so you are just as well off taking it where you bought it.…
