Great repair shop!!!. I love Divinity!! I have had my 4 Runner serviced here many times and I am always treated fairly. I would recommend Divinity to anyone with a Toyota or Lexus.

I have used this shop for years and I always feel that I am getting a good value and the work is done to my satisfaction each and every time. I have refered all of my friends and family here and have always heard good feedback from the ones that have taken my advice.
So take my advice and give these Toyota and Lexus specialists a try you will be glad you did Im sure.
Worst shop ever. I took my toyota camry there last year with some transmission problem and they told me that they could fix it next day. But when I called them on the next day they said they never even looked at my car. So I waited for 3 more days and they said they finally fixed it but when I took my car the problem was still there and I had to pay so much for nothing!!!!!!!!!! this positive review from user brenCOLLELI is not true and it seems like the owner just wrote a good review about himself!!!!! Don t go to this shop!!! Save yourself some money and time!!!!
WORST SHOP EVER!. I worked here and can say for a fact that it is worst shop ever! I have never seen a shop fail to fix so many cars!
THEY ARE TOYOTA SPECIALIST. HELLO ALL I HAVE OVERFLOWING POSITIVE COMMENTS ABOUT 'DIVINITY AUTO' THEY HAVE DONE ALL OVER MANY YEARS IN MY BEST INTEREST, I HAVE HAD INSPECTIONS FROM DEALER AND HAVE HAD MY VEHICLE EXAMINED BY THEM AND THEY ALWAYS SAVE ME MONEY. I HAVE HAD ONE ISSUE WHER I HAD TO RETURN AND AS KIND AND GIVING AS RALPH IS HE BENT OVER BACKWARDS FOR ME AND ALSO ASKED FOR FORGIVENESS FOR ISSUE. I READ THESE NEGATIVE REPORTS AND AM SHOCKED, THIS DOES NOT SOUND LIKE ANYTHING RALPH WOULD EVER DO. HE ALWAYS IS VERY CLEAR AND COMPLETE. I RECOMEND HIS FACILITY TO EVERYONE THAT OWNS A TOYOTA OR LEXUS. EVERYONE HAS THERE PAST EXPERIENCES THAT CARRY ON TO GOOD PEOPLE...
I would not recommend this shop to anyone! These guys feed into those myths about auto mechanics lying to their customers. I took my 2000 Toy Celica in for some repairs. I was having ignition and idle problems. They told me that they could not get the car to function the way I was describing, but charged me $400 to "fix" some other things they find. The day after I pick up the car, the ignition issue gets worse and the engine light comes on. I take it back to have them fix it, holding them to their "guarantee". They tell me they still can't figure it out, but decided to hand clean the fuel injection system and charge me another $200. They also said there was a tool they needed to correct a suspicion they had but that tool would not be in until the following week. "I will call you Thursday" he says to me. One week, two weeks pass... the car is worse than before and NO CALL! I got rid of the car out of frustration. Today I receive a call that said tool came in.
I'm not even going to bother calling back. Terrible terrible mechanic. Don't bother wasting your time or money. I'm so disappointed in the car service and customer service I received.
Overpriced, Poor Customer Service, Offer No Satisfaction.
I had one problem with my truck ( vibration in the rear axle ) I explained in detail where I wanted them to look(rear axle). Which they typed into the repair order, that i have a copy of. They didn't look at the rear axle the first time I took it there. Instead they replaced a U-joint for $140 and said all was good.
I picked it up, and I still have the same vibration. I wonder If I'm just crazy. So I take it back the next morning and have one of the mechanics drive it with me in it, and he agrees that there is a vibration in the rear. They look at it for a couple of days, tear open the rear axle don't call me at all to let me know what's going on. I call them and they say the rears in great condition come and get it. I show up to a bill for $257.00, and they tell me they put in another U Joint. I drive off and still have the vibration in the rear. Thanks to the TOY STORE for charging $400 to replace 2 U-joints that weren't the problem(I have replaced U-Joints beforeand it would take a skilled mechanic with the right tools less than an hour to do both) , also offering me no answers. I understand it takes time to diagnose the problem and time is money but $400 later I still have the same issue and no answers. Thanks for nothing TOY STORE. I know lots of people with Toyotas, and they will hear about this.
