dirty and disappointing

We were craving some delicious Mexican and went to our local Mi Ranchito in Sandy (across from the Expo).

The booth we sat in was very run down and the windows all along the wall had finger prints all over them. Our waitress was difficult to understand and the margaritas didn't taste like they had any alcohol in them at all. Not to mention that they were served in glasses that were severely chipped along the bottom.

I ordered the pork enchiladas and while the flavor was good, the meat inside was luke warm at best. The rice was overcooked and there was a puddle of water underneath my food - quickly making it a soggy mess.

For the $50 we paid for the meal, it was a complete disappointment. We will not be going back to Mi Ranchito again.

Excellent mexican, tons of food!

We just moved and lost our favorite mexican resturant; that's how we found Mi Ranchito. I must tell you, the food is wonderful and very inexpensive. We go there at least once a week! If you want great mexican food quick, go to Mi Ranchito's. The only bad thing is the service is sometimes slow. Once they take your order, the food comes out quick, but you don't always get a server right away.

Authentic Mexican

This is the only place to get authentic Mexican food, not the Americanized Mexican stuff served at other places. Haven't ate everything they have to offer, but what we have eaten is the best. Not a fancy, flashy, place, but the food is excellent and the wait is minimal, last time waited only 5 minutes for Carnitas (the best Carnitas in town!).
