Gross with a capitol "G". I ordered the chicken curry plate and let me tell you that is not CURRY. It was chicken soaked in what tasted like butter, there were no other flavors than butter. I got mine to go and when I got to my office it looked like butter looks after it has sat for a minute. The rice was soggy and the bread was decent for a cheap brand of pita bread, Very disapointed by the other reviews, it is definatly not crack on a plate unless you are addicted to butter, ughh excuse me gotta go!!…
Not Impressed At All. I have eaten at Curry in a Hurry one time and refuse to go back. I paid $9.17 for a vegetable curry plate, no drink. The vegetables were obviously from a frozen veggie mix and the pita bread was the same kind that a grocery store would sell in the bread aisle. The food was spicy but it lacked any flavor to balance out the high heat. Also, the lady warmed up the bread with her bare hands and then handled our money, then went back to preparing the food. YUCK!…
Anyone got a recipe for their lamb curry?. Very good, quick but great. I know they won't give up their lamb curry recipe and the internet is full of curry recipes, but I want something identical to make at home. An internet site recipes with sonething similar?…
Found love at Curry In A Hurry..
I found love at Curry In A Hurry, when myself and other college students went there one late afternoon. We were all starving and the family greeted us sweetly and served our food very quickly to us.
I got to talking to some of the college guys up there and met the man of my dreams for the first time at Curry In A Hurry. He was everything I had ever hoped for but thought that I could never find. We married one month later and will be celebrating our 9th year anniversary come January.
I would say that the food is great and the price is right for what you get. It is way better then eating crappy fast food everyday. The ambiance there is very nice because it is a comfortable feeling even though the place is small. I go back usually at least once a month to eat there and don't even live near Salt Lake City.
I would recommend the food to anyone that likes to try something a little different. The food is not too hot as well so anyone can enjoy it. Try it out and you won't regret it.
I am thankful every day that I went to Curry In A Hurry on that one day in November.
Thank you, Curry In A Hurry…
Blah. The curry tastes pretty good but the rice was poor quality and overcooked. The naan bread was not naan bread, it was more like warmed pita bread. Also the price was high for the lack of quality.
