Buy Your Bike Here!. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my new C109R motorcycle from Paul @ Honda Suzuki. I have never had a better experience buying a car or motorcycle from anywhere. It took me over a month and about five visits to decide exactly which bike I would buy. (I'm very picky) Paul was there for me every time with no pressure and tons of knowledge to help me make my decision. When I finally did decide on my new C109R Paul made the process a snap. I would highly recommend (if you are looking for a motorcycle) that you go to Honda Suzuki and talk to Paul.
None. I originally put something for Plaza Cycle and couldn't figure out how to delete what I put all I can say is this place is Honda Suzuki of Salt Lake is probably better than Plaza Cycle (Don't go to Plaza Cycle and especially don't trust their sales people).
Great place to buy.
Last summer I bought a suzuke MB50 from here. When I stared to look Iwent to another dealer first, and they were so rude, I decided to try this dealer
When I came into Honda Suzuki of Salt Lake, they were polite and courteous. The bike was priced right. I have called over the year with a bunch of questions and they have always answered them kindly, and be able to answer ofr rfnd the answer for me.
I would but another motorcycle in a heart beat from Honda Suzuki of Salt Lake.
top shop. this is one of the last real bike shops left. dave the sales guy was great. as was the parts dep. go there you will love it
I have bought alot of bikes in my life and this was the best all around experience i ever had, Jerry Berez was so knowledgble about bikes it blew me away. he saved me money and i did not even ask. if. do it
Best sales team ever. I just bought my VTX 1800 from Jerry a true sales pro. He went way above and beyond to sell me this bike @ a unbeatable price. the whole shop was amazing. If you want the best deal and salesman GO THERE
Avoid this Dealership. I can't imagine what's happened to Paul Burningham's memory? I kindly asked for a simple donation for a very important event, I was treated poorly. We ( un-named group of 150 bikers) supported his business for several years, spending lots of $$$$, his memory is short. There are many dealerships kind enough to help out this year, even though times are hard, but not HONDA SUZUKI. Stay away from this dealership and spend your HONDA/SUZUKI money elsewhere.
Poor Service from the Service Dept.
I have had a very bad experience with their Service Department. I took my Suzuki LS650 into their service department on July 1st for an inspection, replacement of front brakes and a carb tune up (rejet) to help stop the backfire. They quoted a 5 business day turn around.
A week later when I called, they said it would be another week before they could get to it. I was not too happy about that, but what could I do. I waited another 5 days and started calling every other day for status (since they did not feel that it was important to call me about the delays). By July 19th I was getting very frustrated especially after speaking to a coworker that said he took his Honda Shadow into the Cycle House, a shop just down the road from Honda Suzuki Salt Lake, for a tune up and was in and out in two days! After leaving a voice mail for Ernie (the shop manager), sending in a complaint to the service department on their web site and still never hearing back, I finally decided to go down in person on July 23rd to raise some H***. When I got there my bike had just been finished. Whew, all is well. OK, not really. My biked failed the inspection due to the front brakes being too worn, yes, and the front brakes that I asked them to replace because I knew they were too worn! They said I could leave the bike for a few more days and they would get them replaced. Of course, I said no thanks, I'll do them myself, a few more days would probably mean August 15th. I paid the $175 (twice what they quoted) and road the bike home. It now backfires worse than it did before I took it in, I replaced the front brake pads and I now have to go back or find another shop to finish my inspection. It is now 7/26, nearly a month of the good riding season has been missed and I am just completing my inspection.
My suggestion; DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! Take your bike a mile down the road and go to the Cycle House or anywhere else (although I hear that Plaza is not much better).
