I really enjoyed my experience with these guys. Nate was very patient with us and considered our needs when it came time to choose a vehicle. He was very polite and helpful in our selection as we weren't sure what we really wanted. I came to your lot based on previous purchase experience and it was wonderful to meet someone like Nate. He really made us feel welcomed and I never felt rushed.... I just wish there would have been some snacks available as our purchase ran over into our typical dinner time. But I am thoroughly pleased with the sale part of our purchase. Nate gave us the impression he was a real person, not some guy trying to make his commission, we really found it easy to chat and just talk our way through the purchase process. Good service. To be honest when dealing with LHM Ford if you go in knowing how to play the game you will get a good deal. Expect their Used cars to be at least 3K high. When dealing with them find out the retail price on nada and Edmunds to get an accurate price for the vehicle you are buying. You can get that price with a little work. The service side has been a good so far. If you are close on price ask for something from service like backup sensors or spoilers. They are willing to throw that stuff in.
