Les Olson Company lies!. I have more stories that I care to take the time to relate about how BAD Les Olson Company lies to customers and employees. Les Olson Company are a GREEDY bunch of lairs!
I wouldn't do business with Les Olson Company if I were you. We cant comment due to Les Olson's attorney pressuring us into retracting and/or revising our review.
Now Hiring - Dishonesty a must. I have been so disappointed with my experience with the Les Olson Company. I have never dealt with such a dishonest organization that touts themselves as being such wonderful neighbors. The salespearson that we used was not only dishonest in what he told us but he re-leased the same piece of equipment to our company for another period of time. I think these people are criminal at best. I would strongly advise anyone to rethink using this morally bankrupt organization. In terms of service we have to wait for long periods of time before we are given any consideration. It would be a better investment of your money to flush it down the toilet than to work with this "family" company!
I got screwed by Les Olson Company. I have two Sharp copiers. My MX2300 Has never worked right and cost me about $1000 in repairs every few months to keep running. I have now put my sharp copiers in the corner and purchased new ones from the competiotion. The worst part is that I paid way to much for my copier and I still have a lease with Wells Fargo that I have to pay on for 3 more years on copiers I can't use.
Waste of Company time and money. These inferior products were the biggest waste of our company's resources. We wish we had never talked to these people before, or more like it we wish that our boss wasn't in with this company. The corporate friendships that base this company's business are really what build its popularity. If you're not a personal friend of the family, don't do business with them. Sharp multi-function printers are more like never function printers and the quality is ridiculously horrible. We are finally getting out of our contract and shopping around for something new, but I can tell you that this choice was a bad one. We ended up outsourcing all of our presentation materials because the quality from these devices simply wasn't good enough to show to potential clients. The prints were streaky and the machine was always getting jammed. There was no service to speak of as every time we called for something we were just put on a waiting list: not good for business. This company, Sharp, as a printing company is a joke to the rest of the industry and after our research we found that their best dealership is Les Olson out of Utah. If your best dealership is in Utah out of the entire world that should tell you right there you need to get your stuff up to date with the rest of the industry. The only thing that gets people to buy from them is that these printers are super cheap. Trust me when I say that they aren't even worth that.
