Do these people ever work??!. I went to the Bountiful location yesterday and there was a sign on the door that they would be closed Tuesday and Friday. So I went today (Wednesday) and there was a sign on the door "gone to lunch, back in 30 minutes". After 45 minutes I left.

Later in the day I called the 7200 South location. I told the guy I would be there in 2 minutes. When I got there the girl behind the counter said he just left to go to lunch... at 3:30. She said he leaves all the time like that.

So, if I could get someone to help me I might give them a chance. But they get a huge zero for sucky customer service.

They can really fix phones. I needed to get my daughters a phone fixed because she is right at the age where I need to get a hold of her at times and so I figured I would go and try getting my old phone fixed. They were able to fix my old phone and now my daughter has a phone and she is as happy as ever. It worked out really good.

Pleased with service. Wow didn't think I was going to be able to get my phone working again after it had fallen into water. Don't put your phone it a pocket where it will fall out if you bend over. Regardless of what happened my phone wouldn't turn on and they got it up and running for me over night. Got it back and it is working like a charm.

they were great for me. Not sure why they are getting bad reviews. They were very nice and were able to help me out with the problems I was having with my phone. It doesn't happen to me very often but when my phone does have problems it is annoying and I hate not being able to have my phone. It is quite hard to go without your phone for a day but they really helped me out and my phone is great.

Great Repair Job. I never realized that an lcd screen could be fixed until I got mine fixed and it is just like new. I was so impressed with how they fixed my cracked screen. I am glad they were able to help me out.

Annoying dent was fixed. If you have ever had a stupid dent on your phone you know how annoying it is. I had that problem and was sick of dealing with it so I scowered the internet and decided I would go with Action link wireless. They are a typical phone fixer company. They did great at getting my phone fixed and looking back to new. They lived up to my expectations and I am glad to be sportin' a phone that doesn't have a big ol' dent.

Great service and quick. I was having problems with some of the buttons on my phone. I called them up and they said that they would be able to help me I dropped off my phone and two days later it was as good as new. It really saved having to buy a whole new phone. I will go back there if I ever have any other phone problems.

Absolutely worst company I have EVER dealt with!. Its a shame that I had to even give this lousy company a single star. They are complete crooks! I gave them $45 to unlock a phone that I purchased of off ksl. After a week and a half, they could not unlock it. I asked for my money back, and charlie, the owner laughed at me!

These guys are crooks! Stay away from them!

BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RATES THEM AN F, AND FOR A REASON. THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU GIVES THEM AN F RATING, IT WOULD BE A Z IF THEY WENT DOWN THAT FAR. I AM AMAZED THESE PEOPLE ARE STILL IN BUSINESS, THEY ARE RUDE AND DISHONEST ...

NOW I NEED TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR TO RATE THEM ... THAT HARDLY IS RIGHT, THEY SURLEY DON'T DESERVE 1 STAR .. CAN ANYONE ON CITY WEEKLY CHANGE THIS STAR RATING SYSTEM?

Good experience. I had a very good experience with action link. I had just bought my phone only a few weeks before I dropped it in the sink that was full of water. Action was able to work their magic on my phone and get it back and running like it was new again.
