Finally!!! An honest plumbing company. These guys are great. By far the most friendly people I called. They came the same day and the bill was a little less than their phone estimate. Thank you Ed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not really impressed. We had some work done on our homes main waterline inside the house. The quote was a little on the high side for the job, but they'd been recommended by a friend so I was willing to pay a premium to deal with a known quantity. I checked on the job about an hour after the plumber finished, and discovered my water line was now leaking at the site of the work. I called the plumber back, and to their credit he returned the same day and fixed the leak. Not thrilled about dealing with the water puddled in the basement. Wouldn't recommend this company. I received much better customer service and plumbing work from Action Plumbing - who we used to fix our sewer line.

Quick to repond & Great Work!. Ed Gardner Plumbing saved the day! Wes their plumber came out within an hour of me calling and fixed our leak right away. I will definately be calling them again :)

It's unfortunate. She was a valued customer. It’s unfortunate when these rare customer issues arise, but after reading this review we thought it would be wise to make a few corrections. First off we did finish the job. We repaired their boiler. The water heater in mention was additional work, which we didn’t feel comfortable doing after the very derogatory racial slur directed at our employee. We had to choose between her and our employee. She was a valued customer for twenty years and now she’s refusing to pay her bill. We tried to collect for over a year before finally being forced into collections. We pride ourselves on customer service, just give us a call (801-486-3588) and you’ll feel the difference immediately. We even try to give estimates over the phone, so you can have an idea how much your plumbing service may cost. If we can’t we’ll gladly send out one of our many trained bidders for a FREE estimate.
