Money Hungery. My dog was injured and needed his bandage changed everyday. Every time I took him in to get his bandage changed I was charged a different price depending on who was working. Every day it would go up and up. I could not understand why because when we had the initial visit I asked them what the cost would be. When I questioned the bill I was told that in the past I had received a credit and now I was no longer receiving this (I was never informed the quoted price was a discount price that the price could and would be increased depending on what mood the working vet was in (even though it was the vets assistant that was changing the bandage) I had also told them on two different occasions that my husband and I both worked 10hr shifts and would not be able to get him there until 6pm I was told that it was no problem at all. But yet again I was told that because of this my price would go up even more. At our last visit I was told I would be charged at least $1,500.00 a month up front for the next 6 months. I had already invested $1,200.00 in 4 days for them to change this bandage. But the big kicker was when I found out they were using a MAXI PAD. I was being charged $50.00 a day for them to change his Maxi pad. I am outraged by the deceit and how unprofessional they were at this clinic and hope no one has to go through what I did. In my family's time of crisis they took advantage of my situation and the love I have for my dog.
