Perfect

I have been a customer of Discount Tire for 25 years and have NEVER had a problem. I have been to stores in several states and have had perfect service every time. They always go out of their way to help and I have witnessed them helping others. They go the extra mile to keep a customer and their customer service is top notch. If anyone disagrees, then I am sorry to say that you are probably the type of people that expect freebies in life. A hand out.

Don't buy the warranty

I purchased an extended warranty on my tires and then when my tire had a bulge in it, during the warranty period, they would not honor the warranty. I had gone in for regular service to other places, yet that was not good enough for Discount. The serviceman was rude and did not tried to make amends by selling me another warranty and new tires. I don't think so! I went to Costco, they were fabulous.
