Car looks great- quote, and estimated turnaround time was not reliable. I took my car in to get a quote on both bumpers painted(front had license plate frame, and needed to get it removed, and filled in). Quote was for $630 and included removal and painting of bumpers. I was told that I could drop it off on Monday, and pick it up Weds evening.

After I dropped it off, I got a call saying that they didn't realize the license plate frame made holes in the bumper (duh), and that it would be an additional $100. Car was also not compelted until Thursday evening.
