This meditation changed my life

The meditation instruction is focused, simple, and effective. I had a great experience and plan to continue with the intermediate and advanced classes. I learned to eliminate my body pain, activate my light-body, and reclaim vitality. I can now find inner peace. Time Out Associates also offers excellent massage therapy and bodywork, and other intuitive healing therapies.
