Crazy

by Umbro881 at Citysearch

I agree with Jenn. There’s better places to go for school.

It’s like an abusive relationship where to the outside everything seems great, but on at home Dad beats the wife and kids.

This place is crazy. You feel like you’ve been through a war once you leave. Randy; what can I say? His post here is just like him. They do wash stuff in cold. It gives me the creeps.

Go to Myotherapy College, they're good.

  • Pros: Some of the staff are cool.
  • Cons: Bad Karma

Not just a school, but a family

by Gpezpanda at Citysearch

Going to Healing Mountain is more then just going to school. Its being inducted into a family focused on giving you the tools and insight to bring healing to the community at large. Healing Mountain will expose you to multiple modalities and allow to you grow without tight constraints. The faculty really truly care about you. With only 8 people per class, often you will find yourself developing deep friendships with those like the Financial guru or the owner or director of education or admissions... (you get the point). They will help you in class, and out. I would definitely recommend healing mountain to any who have a deep calling to bring healing into the world at large.

  • Pros: Small, detailed, fun great teachers, more then just a school
  • Cons: the building is alittle 70's but the location is perfect.

Rebutting a Bitter Ex-employee

by rjnikola at Citysearch

Jennifer Billingsly, shame on you for using this forum to show the world your true character by trying to tarnish this school?s reputation. Let?s speak truly. Here is what you wrote before being let go for treating others with disrespect, ?To you, dear sir, I wish all the best & brightest! I am forever grateful to you ? The times at Healing Mountain have been some of the best & happiest of my life. I am where I am now, who I am now, thanks to the nurturing environment you created.? What changed in 5 years, Jen? You now work as an admissions rep for another massage school. Please, we all know each school has its? strong selling points. It is unethical to trash talk Healing Mountain on the web as well as at work in a vain attempt to sign people up for your current employer. Do you really think it makes them want to attend a school when the staff speaks in hateful & degrading ways toward others? I think not. As I said when I let you go, you have a deep-seated flaw that could take time to overcome. I feel sad you still have not made progress toward healing yourself. As for Healing Mountain, we all see through the half-truths, innuendos, and lies, and know it is truly a place of learning, compassion and personal growth for those who seek healing in their lives.

  • Pros: Small Class Size & Spa Training
