The decor is cool--think somewhere between an artist's loft and the Rainforest Café. Loyal clientele tout it as the city's best spot for the latest in hair dyes and nail colors. As for the staff, they're young, but well-trained and able to generate a fun and open atmosphere.

Been going here for about 4 years and LOVE IT!!! Bryan is amazing always walk out with a smile. A little pricey but am willing to pay for a great experience.

WOW! THAT IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY I DONT KNOW WHAT IN THE WORLD THOSE OTHER PEOPLE ARE SMOKING BUT THIS PLACE IS AMAZING ALL AROUND.. EVERY TIME I HAVE BEEN IN THERE THE STAFF GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE U COMFORTABLE AND IS ALWAYS MAKING SURE U ARE TAKEN CARE OF.. I TRUST THESE GUYS SO MUCH WITH MY HAIR THAT I LET THEM DO WHATEVER THEY WANT AND EVERY TIME I DO IT TURNS OUT ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I WOULD REFER THIS TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!! AND.... ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE THEY HAVE THE BEST PROMOS OUT OF ANY SALONS I HAVE BEEN TOO! I AM ALWAYS GOING HOME WITH FREE SAMPLES AND THE NEWEST PRODUCT THAT HAS COME OUT! I FEEL LIKE ITS CHRISTMAS EVERY TIME I VISIT! TO ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WROTE BAD REVIEWS I THINK THAT U ARE PROBABLY JUST MISERABLE AND IT DOESNT MATTER WHO DOES UR HAIR U WILL ALWAYS HATE IT! Greatest Salon

I recently went into Jagged Edge for a cut and color. Alex was amazing! for him being new to the salon he was very attentive and gave me exactly what i wanted! I love that he was just as excited about my hair as i was! I'm definitely going back. Everyone there was super friendly and the atmosphere is awesome! Love that place!

The staff recommends street parking. Try the stretch between 400 and 500 South--it's usually vacant.
