NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE !. Jeanies has been bought out by the Middle eastern guys who now sell cheap glass and spice. this place is no longer worth visiting...

Utah Politicians kill another awesome business. Get by there now, Utah decided to shut down the cigar business in the state by imposing a retroactive tax of over 50% on existing inventory, and a tax rate of 86% on MSRP!!!!!! Show up and support and ask if there is anything you can do to help!

This shop is a gem.. I decided to try smoking a pipe and started searching out a place to get products and information at a local level (not internet) Jeanies was so far ahead of any other store I visited my search ended there. These guys are great and their selection and knowledge of their products matches the great ambience of the store. A visit there is a weekly treat now.

B R A V O !. This is the place! I can't say much more than what's already been said- amazing service, FANTASTIC selection and more. The store itself just FEELS great and is a treat to shop in. The only thing I would love to see from this wonderful smoke shop is a website (couldn't find anything by searching them on google) and maybe some smoke events...especially CIGAR TASTING PARTIES! I think if Jeanie's did the same types of events that The TinderBox @ Fashion Place Mall does (and they may- I'm just assuming since I've never seen or heard anything about it) they would be a grand success.

Also, longer hours would be superb since I tend to be caught at work during their open hours and have to make time during the weekend.

Please don't read too much into the suggestions- if nothing changed I would still be a 100% loyal customer and would continue to support this wonderful local biz all the time! Go check it out!

top notch place for pipes and cigars. Jeanie's Smoke Shop is definitely a high-quality store. The staff is both knowledgeable and friendly and display a level of customer service that is lost in retail today. They were quick to offer to show me anything from the display case and answer any questions. Their selection of pipes and cigars was impressive also. Lots of quality cigar brands and the pipe selection ran from low to high end briars with a good selection. Their tobacco counter was nicely set aside and had a nice selection of bulk blends. They also stocked an impressive array of accessories such as lighters, humidors, pipe racks and other great things. I wish this shop was in my town, I'd go there every day. Do not leave SLC without stopping here.

Great Cigar shop. Best cigar shop in the city. I don't smoke cigars very often but like to find good quality inexpensive ones. Especially considering it was obvious I wasn't going to spend much money, the staff was really helpful in explaining what they had and knowledgable about the different types.

Great selection...knowledgable staff. Highly recommend this place.
