Hit and miss. Sometimes these guys are totally amazing, and sometimes they blow chunks. For example, for Valentine's Day, I ordered my wife flowers, a teddy bear, a balloon, and some chocolate covered strawberries. Only the flowers came. When I called, they said they would send it out for delivery the next day (ok I guess), but no apologies, no discounts, no nothing. And in this case, the whole day made no sense without the bear being delivered with the flowers....AAARRRGGHH. However, this is my third time buying from them, and every other experience has been phenomenal.
