Terrible customer service. OC Tanner downtown has the worst customer service of any jewelry store I have ever been to. They are snooty and condescending. It's as if they thought I don't have enough money to be in their store, which they are very very wrong about. Their repair service is horrendous, they do not pay attention to detail and then when I called to complain they had the gaul to send me to their outlet store. NEVER AGAIN!
