The Scene – The first thing that strikes you as you walk into Salt Lake Antiques is the sheer volume of merchandise crammed into a relatively small space. This has been accomplished using the building-block method of furniture arrangement. Knickknacks lie on chairs stacked on cabinets that rest on tables. Don't forget to look up--even the ceiling is put to good use. I'm surprised by the other review left by a user. I've found the folks at Salt Lake Antiques always very down to earth and pleasent. Yes, they do have young help, but the girls are always willing to share what they know, and find out for me what they don't know. You can't beat their selection, especially if you are looking for furniture. My pieces come delivered to my home, perfect and beautiful. I couldn't be happier with my experiences at Salt Lake Antiques.
- Pros: selection, staff, on site repairs
- Cons: closed Sunday
Don't leave an impertinent young adult in charge!

This place opened late. The young lady had absolutely no knowledge about the pieces, nor was she willing to help. Everything was a fixed price, which wasn't even in range. There was no discount for furniture which was broken, and she didn't have anything to offer. We found her stiff, cold, unprofessional, AND unknowledgeable about the pieces in the store.
- Pros: beautiful pieces, variety
- Cons: furniture stacked, high end cost, poor service
