Good ambience, polite service. I just happened to see this restaurant while travelling the trax in downtown and decided to enter it. I have been there almost 5 times and have loved it each time. Very polite waitresses, good food, fresh ingredients and the ambience is awesome...definitely worth going again
Cute place HORRIBLE service.
i am from europe and went to atlantic for its european setting and food. however out of my 4 visits, 4 were very horrible.
twice i was charged for items i havent ordered or bought, and was told it shouldnt be a big deal for people that have money and drive good cars, third time i was told to wait for a table, and waited for almost 20 min. then when sitted, owner came and told me that he has to cater to the americans first, which i found rather strange, and fourt time we came in for a glass of wine and after waiting 15 minutes i asked if they were open (it was 2 hrs prior to closing) he told me " for some we are and for some we are not"
i will not go back again.
Visitor impressed with the food. I was in town for a conference, and an employee at my hotel told me that this market was her favorite place to eat. I was incredibly impressed with my sandwich! Quality ingredients, and great tasting! I also like that they give the option of the side being salad or fries without charging extra. I will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again.
best in this part of America. after traveling Yellowstone , Las Vegas, Salt Lake to San Diego best descent coffee and excellent breakfast fund in this downtown cafe, tired of experiments come back for perfect dinner ,everything is original European, even Swiss cheese is Emmentaler original, great selection of meats ,Parma prosciuto etc.,small place but big surprise, great service and inexpensive vine list.big surprise in Utah
best price, best food,.... not place for Grand America valet guys, who ask for special discount in exchange for referral even on old menu ,this place chance price in last 10 years for only $2 for some items.Best original fresh food in downtown !
HIGH PRICES AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WENT THERE ON RECOMENDATIONS. EXPERIENCE WAS BAD. THE PRICES WERE $2.00 HIGHER THAN ON THE MENU PER ENTREE. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER(HE SAID PRICE CHANGED). I REFER PEOPLE TO EAT ALL OVER SALT LAKE .THE MANAGER SAID HE IS BUSY ENOUGH HE DOESNT NEED MY REFERALS. BESIDES THE FOOD IS NOT THAT GOOD!!!!!! IF YOUR LOOKING FOR REAL GREEK TRY GREEK SOULVAKI OR BC CHICKEN.
To die for. I was going to a play across the street at off broadway. After this was still open and looked cute. It is open really late and has loacals who come all the time. Me and my sister tried different things and loved them bolth. I have been back three times now and love everything. You can dine right off the street in the summer and is the perfect little cafe/restraunt for a night out, or just lunch.
THE BEST RESTAURANT IN SLC. This is my favortie restaurant downtown. I love it so much I actually had my post-wedding luncheon here. The medditaranean (sp?) pizza is absolutely amazing as is the veggie lazanga. REAL olives, not that canned stuff. : ) Has a decent selection of vegitarian options and very well priced. The atmosphere is charming, to say the least and the market has some amazing things, the ONLY place I buy olive oil now! The service is always very good and their coffee is the best I've ever had. I can't even think of enough good things to say about it.
Seven Stars!. This is my FAVORITE restaurant in downtown SLC. If you like the best value deal, this is it. You will LOVE the taste of everything on their menu. Food is freshly prepared and you will feel like you are in a cute little cafe in Europe. I cannot say enough good things. Besides from the European charm, the prices and service are great. You will not be rushed (there is no "cycle time" on their tables, unlike many SLC restaurants) and the staff is very friendly. There is a cute little "must see" deli in the back where they have lots of Croatian food that you would see at a Croatian grocery market.
Most romantic atomosphere in salt lake.. This is the type of place that you expect to find in a larger city like San Francisco or Boston. It has a very romantic European feel inside with colorful walls and candle lite tables. Still the restaurant is very relaxed and the people inside will make you feel very welcome. In the summer they have seating out front on the side walk under the trees, which is also very out of place for SLC. This place is what most other restaurants try to be. I would recommend the Balkan express.
