The Scene
It's your typical fast-food joint--with plenty of room to sit down and watch the 3rd South traffic go by.
The Food
This is Greek food the way you'd find it in Athens. If you want a real meal, go for either a souvlaki plate or a gyro plate--both come with a salad (ask for Greek dressing), fries and a staggering amount of pilafi (lemon-buttered rice). Souvlaki is traditionally made with pork, but chicken is offered here as well. If you want meat and potatoes, go for the double souvlaki, double chicken or the chicken and pork. Seeking something different? Try the Greek spaghetti. It's not what you're used to--there's less tomato sauce and a hint of cinnamon. The Greek salad is loaded with feta cheese and kalamata olives.

Yummy!. Amazing gyros and amazing rice! Not enough seating area because it's so popular! Very satisfying!

The Gyros here are great. The owners of Greek Souvlaki should be canonized for making a gyro so tasty. The one problem I have is that I always finish the gyros and fries platter, but it's so big that I usually regret it.
