Terrible Service and Support. I bought four new tires for my 1991 Toyota Corolla. After they installed them, they wanted to charge me $6 per tire to honor the damage warranty the tires came with. When I refused the charge, they got very bent out of shape.

Worse, one of the tires they installed had a slow leak. I returned to the store more than six times (literally) to have the leak found and repaired. They were unable to find it, always telling me to come back if it persisted. Finally I gave up in frustration, but am still having to put new air in the tire every 2 weeks or so. Overall, "frustrating" is a good way to describe the whole experience.
