We have purchased eight vehicles from Nate Wade Subaru since the early 80's. Over the years, Nate Wade Subaru has become an extension of our family. Each time we go in we are greeted by everyone, from the Service Staff to the Kassing brothers in Sales;) We love Nate Wade Subaru and will continue to buy, service and refer anyone looking for a car to them.
I shopped around for weeks to find a dealer I could actually trust. They were upfront and honest every step of the way. The best part of the experience is they didn't have salesman waiting to attack us when we arrived. It was very laid back and relaxing atomosphere.This is our first Subaru but not our last from Nate Wade. Don't go anywhere else!
Shopped online for several weeks for my new Outback. Although I do not live in the area, I was so impressed with the way Nate Wade did business, it was worth the road trip. Gone downhill since Kirk Schnieder took
over.... My family has used Nate Wade for years. We buy cars from them and use their service center for all of our needs, including all oil changes. When our 99 Subaru started having problems, they exploited us and treated us poorly.
1. It doesn't make any sense why they would treat us poorly when we are obviously in need of yet another brand new Subaru. The service manager knew of our dissatisfaction when we came back into the service center (2nd time in one week), and he shook my hand and didn't EVEN acknowledge my complaints!
2. The exploited us by finding about something new to fix every time we came in. Why didn't they find every thing at once? After all the problems we had were the kind that happen over years, not overnight. ...It's easier to get customers to spend $300 each time versus $1500 at once...
3. Finally, five friends of mine have ceased recommending Nate Wade because they have personally had poor experiences lately. I could obviously go on and on, but you get the point....Nate Wade is past it's prime.

I still cannot fathom how amazing the guys at Nate Wade are. I had originally went to Mark Miller Subaru(worst customer service EVER. they LIE) I had went in to lease a new 2011 STI, they said "we don't take trucks as trades, sell your truck first THEN come back. We got you all approved and ready for this black STI" So I then proceed to sell my truck the next day, and like an idiot sell my truck for $1500 less than I could. Within 3 days I get back at MM and say I am ready to take the black STI. The salesman says "lets see if we can get you approved"......what??!! then they say "it's sold, we have one available but it is the most expensive model" (I didn't want the MOST fancy/expensive version. Okay whatever I said lets see what they can do. They offer me a ridiculous monthly payment($630 a month, for 5 years, and 10k mile a year lease) then call 10 minutes later saying " I was not approved for ANY STI)................whatever thanks for your help.
Now the Nate Wade experience: I walk in and say "I wanna get into an STI" They had the more "basic" model I wanted and the EXACT color I wanted! We sit down and what do you know 2 hours later I leave with a brand spankin new 2011 STI sedan with 6 miles on the clock and a payment of $450 a month(as opposed to $630) for a 3 1/2 year lease at 12k a year lease. LOVED their service! Kirk was a pleasure to work with. Thanks Nate Wade!
Good follow through. The employees here seem to take pride in working for this company and in keeping with good business practices. I initially had a problem with their sales team, however the follow up on my issue was tremendous and I eventually walked out with a new car at a fair price.
Excellent Product and Service. This was my first time looking at a Subaru after years of having Subaru suggested to me by friends and family. I finally took their advice and after one test drive I was sold on the Subaru Outback. Rick, in Sales treated me fair and was always honest and upfront. John in Finance was equally as kind and helpful. I will not only reccomend Subaru to others, but highly reccomend Nate Wade Subaru to anyone interested in a new Subaru.
Very Happy with Service Dept.. I purchased a Subaru from Nate Wade a while back and recently had to take it in for some unexpected service. (I ran into a curb and through off the alignment.) Mitch was very helpful from the time a limped into the service dept. until the time I was able to drive away. The Service Dept. was clean and comfortable. Much like their sales dept. I greatly appreciate the level of Service I received from Mitch and the rest of the Nate Wade Subaru Service staff. I will be back.
