This was my first experience with Nate
Wade and the Subaru brand. I was a little worried because I did not know anyone personally that worked with Nate Wade. I contacted Gentry via email initially. He was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. No pressure at all. He was not "fishing" for a sale. He wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing for myself. I felt I could be completely open with him without feeling he was trying to take advantage of me.
Nick Poulos was the finance manager I worked with. Nick is an amazing guy. He knew what I was looking for and he was able to exceed my expectations. I'm not sure what kind of magic he uses, but I've never worked with a finance manager that was willing to work so hard for me.
Overall, Nate Wade and their employees have been very helpful, they treat you so much different than a stereotypical dealership. I'm blown away at the experience and treatment I've received.
I began my car search online as most people do now, and requested an e-mail quote. Within 5 minutes Nick Smith had replied with the requested information. I met with him several hours later, drove the car (2007 Subaru Outback), worked out a final sale price and he had the car sent to the shop for final touch-ups. When I went to complete the sale and pick up the car, the process was seamless and the dealership had far exceeded my expectations with the car. I had already received a pre-approval from America First, and Nick Poulos was able to finalize the sale with their approval so I did not have to go back to the bank. The entire staff that I had interaction with were all very professional and not at all pushy as I have experienced with many other dealerships. This has by far been my best car buying experience and they have definitely earned a customer for life!
Just had ANOTHER GREAT experience buying a 2013 Legacy from Nate Wade. Our family has been buying cars from Nate Wade since the 80's and each time we buy we get the same top-notch experience. Many thanks to Brett and his crew for helping us find another wonderful car. We WILL be back!
We just bought our first car and could not believe how, uneventful (in a good way) it was. Being our first car purchase in 12 years of marriage we were a little hesitant but Brock and his team made it exciting and stress-free, well...other than the fact that we were taking on a car payment for the first time in our marriage...but we were comfortable with our decision and never felt pressure, only help. I had been in a 20 car pile up on 215 in an Ice storm, so needed to replace my totaled car. I was dreading dealing with the whole car buying situation, I hadn't even had time to buy Juice for my house lately, let alone have time to pick out a new car.

Had a very positive experience with the
internet sales person. Carla York. She listened to me when I said how long I needed to wait before buying. and then she was there for me when I was ready. I love not being pressured to buy. However I am a bit leery with the feedback about the service department. The issues I am reading are exactly why I left the last dealership I used for my Ford. I guess I will just have to watch closely and make sure they do what they are supposed to do. or go somewhere else for all my servicing needs.

Very happy with our third purchase from Nate Wade Subaru. Everyone we worked with from sales to finance to Colby in Parts (new ski-rack) was very helpful. Their willingness to make the process fun and simple, every single time we buy is the reason we continue to buy from Nate Wade.
Their service shop is potentially the worst I've ever gone to. Shortly after our 45000 service we started having engine problems, only to find that the air filter had not been changed since we purchased our Forrester in 2005. The service that they supposedly offer includes a air filter change every 15000 miles. The lack of air filter cost us several hundred dollars of additional parts and labor to correct the damage caused as a result.
After contacting them to complain about the issue, they offered us a discount on our 60000 mile maintenance that they might be able to right the wrong. During this maintenance the technician found issues that have never been issues with any other car I have owned, even at 180,000 miles. The old parts did not show any signs of wear, and the oil that was on them (which was supposedly leaking) looked new.
The recent issue, combined with our previous encounter, leaves a HUGE Buyer Beware for anyone who wants to use the Nate Wade Service department.
