Best Shipping Center in Town. I found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable.i run a small business here in Utah ,Mail Express allows me to have an address where my packages can be sent along with providing me good rates on shipping locally and internationally.I like that they are locally owned and operated , i always support Utah first

Thanks Paul for your help. Paul is awesome.i live down the street from Mail Express plus and besides having a mailbox there i frequently use their UPS and Fed Ex services for all my shipping needs .i recommend the Mail Express

Worst Customer Service. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever been through. First they refused the valid shipping slip that I filled out and requested that I fill out one of their generic shipping slips. It appears that they do this so they can choose who they want to use to ship your packages regardless of who you wish to use. Second, when there are issues they wont return phone calls or emails.

Great Service. I go here everytime I need to send a package. I have been a customer of theirs for years. They always seem to have the lowest price from what I could tell from the compitition. The guy up front, Paul, is very nice and knows everything about shipping and packing. I have talked to him and he has been working there for something like 17 years. Very good company and I highly recommend them.
