Went into knuckleheads today for a pack of smokes and left with a new vape. The tobacky slingers were charming, good lookin and very knowledgable! Thank you justin and erin! My night just got that much more exciting!

Knuckleheads is the best smoke shop in the valley. " the one stop shop". The employees took their time to help me find exactly what I needed. The price on everything is compatible with other shops, but the attention given from the employees make it worth it. Everyone should check them out.

Knowledgable and Friendly staff. Best smoke shop downtown, it's a must visit if you haven't been before.

The staff is friendly and knowledgable, they always seem to know how everything works and want you to get the best quality for your money!

Knuckleheads has the best vaporizer selection in the state, they can answer any questions about them and only carry the best of quality.

Of course they also carry tobacco products and cigars, and have a huge selection. They are open everyday and always past midnight!

Best locally made glass.. I have been a big fan of Knuckleheads for 8 years, the selection and quality are second to none. Locally produced hand pipes and great hookah supplies make Knuckleheads my one stop shop for tobacco related products. open every night past midnight .

Favorite Smoke Shop. I've been Going to Knuckleheads since I moved to the area in 2005. Great Smoke shop with the best Cigarette and Cigar selection I know of in Downtown. Its not my thing, but they also have some pretty serious glass pipes and bongs.

The Customer service has always been top notch and I've gotten to be friends with many of the associates over the years.

Overpriced but convenient. I have been going to Knucks since I was a young lad. They have a nice selection of all the stuff you would normally need for any average smoker. I've had a few run-in's with the staff being absolutely horrible but other days they are nice and friendly. The bottom line is that everything you can find at Knuckleheads, is definitely somewhere else (be it ebay, the drum circle @ liberty park or another shop in town) for about 25% cheaper (95% if it's the drum circle). Why? I have no idea, I think the owner may believe that the convenient location deems raising the prices but I really have no clue.

If you're in a bind and need something quick, Knucks will have it.... but expect your wallet to take a few punches before you walk out the door.

Knuckleheads is the best. The guy's are friendly, really helpful, and really welcoming. I always come to them for all my smoking needs. They are really knowledgable on all their products. They go above and beyond to meet customers needs. I don't know what this person below is talking about I have been going there ever since I was old enough to smoke and never saw such things. The boy's have amazing humor and always know how to make me laugh. This is the place to go for your smoking needs, defiantly better than the smoke shop down the street. I live in Sandy, it is defiantly worth me driving clear downtown.

Way overpriced and bad business ethics. I was out shopping for a new water pipe and out of the many pipe shops here in town I figured I would give knuckleheads a try.

At this point in the day I had already been to a couple of different shops but didn't find what I was looking for. This was mostly due to price. I found what I wanted for the price but they didn't have the color. I had some great conversations with the people that were selling the units as they educated me on the different types of glass and why they have different prices. I had a buddy that had recommended a couple of other places that I had checked out and one of them was actually a really good shop with great staff.

Well to get to the point of this is the staff at knuckleheads did not have a clue as to what they were selling. There were two guys behind the counter that were hanging all over each other, holding hands and standing on top of or right next to each one another. I got the impression that I was disturbing their alone time with each other. This made me uncomfortable and I normally do not have an issue with people of the same gender being together. It was just they were way to involved in each other. I had asked about the price of a particular unit and when I had stated that I thought the price was extremely high they proceeded to tell me to go shop somewhere else. Now I was not putting down the store, I was just saying that the price was about double what the other shops had their same type of water pipes marked at. I was already disturbed by what I had to deal with as far as the groping but to have them act as if they were insulted because of my opinion of their prices was truly surprising. After I expressed my opinion about their attitude they again just told me to leave. I will never shop at this place again and I would not recommend it to any of my friends. There are a couple of fair priced smoke shops in the area but this is not one of them. Don't waste your time going here, you will only waste your gas and if you do buy something here, you wasted your money, because you could have bought if for half that price if you had shopped around.

amazing head shop. ive shopped at this store almost every day for a year and have never had a problem. the employees are always friendly, ill often sit on the porch and have a smoke with them. and their selection of hand blown glass is incredible, and beautiful. they have a great cigarette selection, and u can find most of your more expensive smokes there cheaper than any store. the atmosphere is awsome, and its all about to get better, as they are currently in the process of an expansion. oh yeah and they dont sell meth supplies, ur an idiot

Worst customer service. I started buying cigars there 5 years ago, two years ago i quit because the customer service was so bad.Thought i'd give another try BIG mistake the service is even worse and the kids behind the counters have no social skills unless getting rid of paying customers is a skill, won't ever go back, to many other places that appreicate my money.
