Save money and hastle and AVOID this place. The sales woman told me I needed a four wheel alignment on my 2wd truck, which has a leaf sprung (read, no adjustment needed) rear end.

As I frustratingly declined having told her that no alignment can be made and she's telling me a lie, I left.

However, the manager followed me out to the parking lot to give me more of his song-and-dance. I lost it and he heard my true thoughts about "his shop." He doesn't need me and I don't need them. I don't know how a place like this can stay in business.

over priced under serviced. This place is a rip off. They charge you S29.99 for just an oil change, and then want you to pay an extra $16.99 (which was a "special", I don't know what it typically is) for a visual inspection which anywhere else does as part of the oil change. Go to Midas- oil change is $24.99 with easy to print coupon from website and includes fluid top-off, and the same visual inspection that Firestone want's $17.00 for. Plus the customer service is horrible.

place to avoid. I went for simple oil change and there you go,oil overload,but while i was there,they messed up someones brakes or something like that.They are saying they perform inspection on vehicle.Simple resume is avoid them,because they are full of crap.Way expensive.cold.
