The Scene
The end of history is upon us. Don't be alarmed, but in the distance we can see the Four Horseman of the Apocalypse galloping toward us. Hell is currently freezing over and even more disturbing, someone is walking over our graves. This can only mean one thing. America's oldest department store is changing its name. Here's the deal. Within a couple of months, all ZCMI stores will be called Meier & Frank. Because the downtown ZCMI is a historical building, the storefront will remain the same, as will the name of the ZCMI Center Mall. With the exception of the downtown store, all Meier & Frank locations will now be open on Sunday.

Good for Health and Wellness
Stop at Gart Sports for exercise clothing and then hop on a treadmill at Metro Sports Club. After your workout, visit the Bliss spa for a well-earned massage.

HintLate shoppers beware. The mall closes at 7pm on Saturday. The good news is that Crossroads Plaza right across the street remains open until 9pm.

In case you haven't noticed, or if you're from out of town, the ZCMI center mall is no more. They somehow managed to keep its facade and food court while blowing up the rest of the building. So, unless you're looking for a food court quality meal and you happen to be near temple square, don't bother. But hey - parking's a cinch!
Pros: Food Court
Cons: Mall no longer exists.
