Okay but not great. If you think you are getting what is pictured on the website, be careful. The arrangement we ordered wasn't the one pictured on the website. It wasn't as full as the website looked, and they used different flowers (carnations) - which is a disappointment. The flowers do look fresh though. Over all the arrangement is okay, but not great.

Outstanding Service!!!. I asked them to create a stunning arrangement of roses for my wife's birthday, then immediately deliver it downtown with absolutely no time to spare. They delivered exactly what I wanted, delivered it on time and delivered it with a smile. I would highly recommend the Flower Box and intend to use them in the future. Thanks Pat for your great help in making me look good!

great service, great prices, awesome flowers. Pat Donley and staff provide great knowledge on the many different types of flowers and their selection is like none other. If you have something in mind, these guys will get outstanding arrangements to whomever you are wanting to send to all across the valley in a speedy time. When you come here, you'll feel welcome as soon as you step in the door. Go give them a try, you definitely won't regret it

Order what you want, get what they have...and don't expect a call. I was very specific re. 4 options of pink and purple flowers to send to my mother on her BIRTHDAY--depending on what the wholesalers had in stock. Even though I was asked for my day time contact information and told that I would be contacted if my order could not be filled, I received no call. Not only did they ignore my requests AND did not call but they sent my mother a red and white valentine's bouquet...in January.

Terrible Customer Service. Trying to talk to the owner about their mistake is a big mistake. The owner at the flower box was unhelpfull and I found Pat Donley to be rude. I got the wrong type of flowers sent to my girlfriend and in talking to the owner he was not helpfull at all.

Valentines disappointment - Flower box does not deliver!!. I had ordered 2 dozen roses from the flower box with baby?s breath underneath the roses. The first problem was that they did not deliver the flowers very quickly. I work for a very large company and all other flower companies including the flower patch all delivered their valentine flowers hours before the flower box. The next issue is when they did deliver the flowers my valentine received a very small vase of 8 roses with two weak pieces of baby?s breath. Third I called the customer service line and which point I was offered to either drive clear across the SLC valley to go trade my flowers in, or get a refund of the difference. I explained to the flower box that I would be writing about our interaction on here which they replied with "okay". I would not recommend hiring the flower box and i will not be using them again, please use the highly recommended flower patch.
