Stay away @ night!. I like my strawberry milk shakes and McDonalds has one of the best fast food shakes around.

However, the night shift at his location just can't get it right. Almost everytime the drive through crew will try to give me the strawberry shake with chocolate filling 25% of the bottom of the cup. Ughh, I tried it once and it tastes terrible! Worse, tonight the manager tried to tell it was normal. I'm NOT going back.

If you want a good strawberry shake DON"T GO TO THIS LOCATION! (at least at night) They are sloooow and it's apparent the night manager doesn't care about milk shake quality control.

Charged my card twice, and wouldn't reverse it. I don't live in SLC, and don't frequent McDonalds much, but my son was hungry on our way home from an appointment, and so we stopped to grab something quick. They charged my card twice, for two different amounts (ended up paying more than double what my original charge should have been). When I called to get it fixed they said the only way to correct it was for me to drive back down there and have them refund my card. Not living in Salt Lake makes that 100% inconvenient, and there was not one thing they would do to right there mistake.

DON'T VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!
